This Privacy Policy describes how Toii Social LLC (Delaware, USA)
("Company", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information
when you use Meshii Mail (the “Service”), including our mobile apps and websites.
By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
- Account information: email address, username/identifier, and authentication data (e.g., tokens, passkeys).
- Profile information (optional): display name, avatar, and preferences.
- Support communications: information provided when contacting support.
1.2 Email Content & Communications Data
To provide email functionality, we may process:
- Email content and attachments you send or receive.
- Email metadata (e.g., sender, recipient, subject, timestamps, routing).
- Contacts you store or sync (if you enable contact features).
Note: We do not use your email content to build advertising profiles or sell personal data.
1.3 Device, Log & Diagnostics Data
- Device type, OS version, app version, language/locale.
- IP address and general log data (crash logs, performance metrics, security events).
- Approximate location inferred from IP for security purposes (not precise GPS unless explicitly enabled).
1.4 Web3 / On-Chain Data (Optional Features)
- Public wallet addresses, DIDs, public keys, transaction hashes, and on-chain events required for optional Web3 identity features.
Note: Blockchain data is public and may not be deletable.
2. Permissions (Mobile App)
Meshii Mail may request device permissions only to enable features you choose to use:
- Camera: profile photo, image attachments, QR scanning.
- Contacts: only if you enable contact import or sync.
- Notifications: to deliver service alerts (new email, security warnings).
You can disable permissions in your device settings; some features may not function without them.
3. How We Use Information
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
- Authenticate users and secure accounts.
- Prevent spam, abuse, fraud, and security threats.
- Improve reliability and performance.
- Communicate service-related messages.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
4. Advertising, Tracking & Analytics
- No sale of personal data.
- No cross-app tracking for advertising.
- Limited analytics may be used for performance and stability (e.g., crash reports).
5. Sharing & Disclosure
We may share limited information with:
- Service providers (hosting, security, monitoring, support tools).
- Infrastructure or node operators (if applicable).
- Legal authorities where required by law.
- Business transfers (merger, acquisition, or asset sale).
We do not sell personal data and do not share data with brokers.
6. Data Retention
We retain information as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations,
resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
7. Account Deletion & Your Choices
- How to delete: In-app via Settings → Account → Delete Account, or contact [email protected].
- Data handling: Personal data is deleted or de-identified within 30 days, subject to legal requirements.
- Blockchain data: On-chain data is immutable and cannot be deleted.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information.
9. International Data Transfers
Information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Appropriate safeguards are applied.
10. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, object, or request data portability.
11. Children
Meshii Mail is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction).

We may update this Privacy Policy and revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use means acceptance of changes.
