Terms of Service

These Terms form an agreement between you and Toii Social LLC. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use Meshii.

The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Meshii and is incorporated into your use of the service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Meshii and must meet any higher minimum age required by the laws where you live.

You must be legally permitted to enter into this agreement and must not be prohibited from using Meshii under applicable law. If local law requires permission from a parent or legal guardian, you must have that permission.

Meshii uses Gao ID as your account and identity. Gao ID is based on a wallet you create and control.

Your wallet is separate from Meshii and continues to exist if you sign out, remove Meshii from a device, or delete your Gao ID account.

You are responsible for protecting your wallet, private key, recovery phrase, devices, and local authentication methods. Meshii does not store your private key or recovery phrase and cannot recover them for you.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account and registered devices.

You must promptly secure or remove a device if it is lost, stolen, compromised, or no longer under your control. Notify support if you believe someone has gained unauthorized access to your account.

You may use Meshii for lawful personal or business communication, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

You are responsible for the messages, media, profile information, and other content you create, transmit, or share, and for your interactions with other users.

You must respect the privacy, safety, intellectual-property rights, and other legal rights of others.

You retain ownership of content you create and send through Meshii.

You grant Meshii only the limited rights needed to transmit, deliver, synchronize, secure, and otherwise provide the features you choose to use.

Message content is end-to-end encrypted. Encryption does not prevent a recipient from saving, copying, forwarding, reporting, or otherwise sharing content they receive.

Content already delivered to another person may remain on that person's device even after you delete your account.

Calls require appropriate device permissions and a compatible network connection. Call availability and quality may vary based on device, operating system, network, region, and other conditions outside Meshii's control.

Notifications require permission from your device, browser, and operating system and may be delayed, limited, or unavailable.

Location-based features operate only when you choose to use them and grant the relevant permission. You are responsible for deciding what location information you share and with whom.

You must not:

• Use Meshii for illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, harmful, abusive, threatening, or harassing activity.
• Exploit, endanger, or facilitate harm to a child.
• Send spam, malware, malicious code, or content designed to damage devices or services.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
• Violate another person's privacy, intellectual-property rights, or other legal rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, devices, systems, or information.
• Probe, bypass, disable, or interfere with security, encryption, rate limits, access controls, or abuse-prevention systems.
• Disrupt, overload, damage, scrape, or misuse Meshii or its infrastructure.
• Use Meshii in violation of applicable sanctions, export controls, or other applicable law.

Users may block or report accounts where those controls are available.

We may investigate reports and use available account, device, security, and delivery information to protect users and the service. End-to-end encryption may limit our ability to review message content unless a user chooses to provide the relevant content in a report.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when we reasonably believe it is necessary to enforce these Terms, comply with law, address fraud or abuse, respond to a security risk, or protect Meshii or other users.

Some activity involving your wallet may be recorded on a public blockchain.

Blockchain transactions and records may be public, permanent, or irreversible. Meshii does not control the blockchain and cannot reverse, alter, or erase public blockchain records.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving wallet actions before signing them.

You may stop using Meshii at any time.

Deleting your Gao ID account is different from signing out or removing an account from one device. Gao ID is used across Gao products, so deleting it may affect access to other Gao products connected to the same identity.

Deleting your Gao ID account does not delete or recover your wallet, private key, recovery phrase, or public blockchain records.

We may add, change, suspend, or remove features as Meshii develops.

We work to keep Meshii available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We may perform maintenance, respond to incidents, or limit features where necessary for security, legal compliance, or service operation.

Meshii, including its software, design, names, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property, belongs to Toii Social LLC or its licensors.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Meshii.

These Terms do not give you ownership of Meshii or permission to use Meshii trademarks, branding, or other protected material except as expressly permitted.

We disclaim warranties that Meshii will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the mandatory laws of your place of residence apply.

We may update these Terms when Meshii, applicable law, or our practices change.

If a change is material, we will update the effective date and provide additional notice where appropriate.

By continuing to use Meshii after updated Terms take effect, you agree to the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.

Meshii is provided by Toii Social LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company.
